ROVIQ Lab Results: HPLC Purity by Lot

ROVIQ sent a sample of each lot below to an independent laboratory, Freedom Diagnostics, for HPLC-UV purity and LC-MS identity testing. The laboratory received the samples on July 13, 2026 and reported on July 16, 2026. All 19 lots below had their identity confirmed by LC-MS, and their HPLC-UV purity ranged from 99.09% to 99.97%, as reported by the laboratory. Each row links to the full Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Purity is not quantity. An HPLC-UV purity figure is the share of the UV signal that came out in the main peak (or peaks, for a blend). It says how clean the detected material is. It does not measure how much peptide is in the vial, and it does not see water, salts or counter-ions, which add weight without producing a peak. The amount of peptide per vial is a separate result, net content, which the laboratory reports on each linked COA. What net peptide content means.

Figures are republished exactly as reported by Freedom Diagnostics; ROVIQ has not re-analysed the samples. One sample per lot, tested once; a result describes that lot only. For blends, the laboratory reports one purity figure for the vial and confirms the identity of each listed component. NAD+ is a dinucleotide, not a peptide, and was tested with the same method. Bacteriostatic water is not a peptide and is not tabulated here; its COA is published separately.

How to read these results

On these COAs, purity is reported as area-percent purity from HPLC with UV detection: the area of the main peak divided by the total area of all integrated peaks. Identity is reported from LC-MS, which measures the mass of what came off the column and compares it with the expected compound. The two answer different questions: a high purity figure alone does not establish identity, and a confirmed identity alone does not say how clean the sample is.
