ROVIQ Policies

• All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
• Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been confirmed and shipped — not from when payment is submitted.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
• Only items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
• Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — ROVIQ is not liable for packages lost in transit.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Promotional codes and loyalty discounts applied to an order are non-refundable and will not be reinstated after a return.

• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way.
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery confirmation.
• Orders returned without prior approval — please contact us first before shipping anything back.
• Products purchased during a clearance or final-sale event.

• All products sold by ROVIQ are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any use outside of controlled research environments.
• By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or research entity authorized to handle research compounds.
• ROVIQ makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or fitness of any product for any specific use. All product descriptions and research references are provided for informational purposes only.
• You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.
• ROVIQ reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including orders suspected of misuse, resale, or violation of these terms.
• Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• ROVIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

This policy describes what ROVIQ collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers roviqlabs.com and the orders placed through it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items ordered, and the payment method used. A shipping address is required because orders are shipped by USPS.
• If you create an account: the above plus a password (stored hashed, never in readable form), and optionally a birthday and anniversary used for loyalty offers. We also keep a running order count and total so loyalty tiers can be calculated.
• If you subscribe to email: your email address, and a record of which messages were sent to you.
• If you verify for a community discount: confirmation from our verification provider that you qualified, and which community matched. We do not receive or store the identity documents you upload to them.
• Automatically: a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, whether you arrived from a search engine, and — for orders arriving from search — a broad region code such as a state.

What we do not do

• We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session-recording tool on this site.
• We do not store your IP address. It is used momentarily to look up a region and to rate-limit abusive requests, then discarded. The lookup runs against a database file on our own server, so your IP is never sent to a geolocation provider.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
• We never see your full card number. Card details are entered on our payment processor's own page and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Who we share it with

• Our payment processor — to charge your card and confirm payment. They receive your name, email, phone and the amount.
• USPS — to validate your address, buy a shipping label and track delivery. They receive the name and address on the package.
• Our identity-verification provider — only if you choose to apply for a community discount, and only at the moment you use it.
• Our email provider — to deliver order confirmations, shipping notices and, if you have opted in, marketing email.

That is the complete list. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function, and none of them receive your data for their own marketing.

Your browser

• We store your cart, whether you have accepted our terms, and referral or search attribution in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
• We use a session cookie only when you are signed in to an account. There are no advertising cookies.

Your rights

• You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Transactional email about an order you placed is not marketing and will still be sent.
• If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
• If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also object to processing or request that we restrict it. We ship only within the United States, so this will rarely apply.

How long we keep it

• Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Account information is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
• Email subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by our payment provider on their own secure page. Card details are never entered on, transmitted to, or stored by roviqlabs.com.
• Selected customers may arrange alternative payment (such as bank transfer or in-person settlement for local pickup). These orders are confirmed manually once payment is received.
• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
• Your card is charged when the order is placed. The amount charged is always the amount shown at checkout; if our system and the amount to be charged ever disagree, the order is refused rather than charged.
• Orders are shipped only within the United States.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method — see the Returns & Refunds section above for eligibility and timing.
