- All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been confirmed and shipped — not from when payment is submitted.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Note: ROVIQ ships within the United States only at this time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
- Only items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
- Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — ROVIQ is not liable for packages lost in transit.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Promotional codes and loyalty discounts applied to an order are non-refundable and will not be reinstated after a return.

within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery confirmation.
- Orders returned without prior approval — please contact us first before shipping anything back.
- Products purchased during a clearance or final-sale event.
